Raising the next generation right.
The Bluescreek Equine Center facility has been in operation for over 20 years. There are 9 pastures for turnout, and horses are turned out daily, weather permitting.

Both Cody and Meredith have a passion for the farm life. They enjoy caring for and being around the equine. Each animal is treated as their own.

Our Story
Local Family Farm
Cody & Meredith met through 4H in 2007. Cody showed Turkey's and Meredith showed Horse's. A mutual friend introduced them and they have been together since. Their love for animals has been the foundation of their relationship.

Cody grew up raising everything, but horses on his parent's farm, just around the corner from the Equine Center. His parent's raise the animals on the farm for their Butcher Shop, so Cody learned what hard work was from a young age.

Meredith grew up around Belgian horses, working with her Grandfather on his farm. Her passion for this large animal only grew, as she did. In 4H, Meredith showed her own horse in a variety of riding styles, but contesting was always her favorite.
​
Cody & Meredith have three young children, Tyler who is 11 years old, Aubrey who is 9 years old, and Wyatt who is 3 years old. Their goal is to teach the kids how to work with and respect horses. They are eager for their children to grow with the Equine Center.
